国家工商行政管理总局副局长付双建在此间举行的第三届中国商标节上透露，中国将抓紧修改完善《驰名商标认定和保护规定》，并研究驰名商标的退出机制，建立驰名商标动态管理模式。 据介绍，目前，通过行政认定和司法认定的中国驰名商标已达上千枚，并呈逐年上升趋势。但近年来，驰名商标认定弄虚作假、驰名商标默默无闻、名牌产品出问题等现象时有发生，正本清源，恢复中国驰名商标认定制度本来面目，规范中国驰名商标认定及使用制度势在必行。 付双建表示，中国将继续加大驰名、着名商标的保护力度，充分发挥商标行政执法网络健全、程序简便、快捷高效的优势，通过驰名、着名商标制度，培育自主国际知名品牌，进一步提升企业知识产权创造能力。
